As a residential customer, my main issue was discomfort during hot/humid weather. Cooper Poole Ltd installed a discreet and attractive air conditioning unit with a remote control and comfort sleep setting in my bedroom. They delivered everything they committed to and more, it was installed to my exacting standard, by a friendly and professional team. I don't know how I ever lived without one in all honesty, and if I had known how reasonably priced and easy it was to install I would have done it years ago! Their aftersales service has been to the same high standard, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
