  Having challenged the owner on poor packaging and a standard delivery charge of £12.50 even on a 5ml bottle of oil I was barred from ever shopping on the site again. Having paid this high delivery charge items were not even bubble wrapped for protection. The owner replied to my email with "one of many delights of being the owner of the business is that I don’t have to deal with anyone I don’t want to. Further orders from you will not be accepted." They have the monopoly on fantastic products but a terrible website interface and an unusual grasp of customer service.
